摘要
目的：评估碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法：应用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗视神经萎缩３０例（３９只眼），并与常规治疗（三磷酸腺苷、辅酶Ａ）的病例进行对照观察，以视觉诱发电位作为治疗前后主要观察指标。结果：治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是治疗视神经萎缩的更为有效的方法。
Objectives: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on optic atrophy.Methods:Thirty patients (39 eyes) with optic atrophy were treated by bFGF and the result was compared with that of patients treated by ATP and CoA.Results: A significant difference was noted between the treated and the control group( P <0.01) Conclusions: bFGF mught be an more effective drug for treating optic atrophy.
