摘要
本文分析了阶梯孔环件辗扩中金属流动,指出此类环件辗扩中存在径向、环向及轴向金属流动,并作了实验验证。在EQ140车后桥从动伞齿轮锻件辗扩实践基础上,从毛坯及孔型设计制造、辗扩进给、毛坯加热等方面论述了阶梯孔环件辗扩缺陷形成原因、消除方法及控制锻件质量的措施。
The metal flow in rolling of ring with a stepped bore is analysed in theory and experiment in the paper.It is pointed out that the metal folw in radial circular, axial directions exists in the ring rolling.Based on the ring rolling production of driven bevel gear blank in back bridge of EQ140 automobile, the quality contral measures. for rolling of ring with a stepped bore are described from the manufactor of rolling preform and groove to rolling feed regulation, heat of preform, etc., the cause of defects in the ring rolling are analysed and the defect eleminating approaches are given.
