摘要
目的:本研究旨在了解大剂量山莨菪碱及地塞米松对兔多器官功能障碍时对肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的影响。以探讨MODS时抗细胞因子、抗氧自由基治疗的新途径。方法:本实验首先将日本大耳兔行盲肠结扎加穿孔(CLP)造成腹腔感染致MODS的动物模型,随机分为山莨菪碱组、地塞米松组、大剂量山莨菪碱及地塞米松组、对照组,静脉应用相应药物后,分别于3、7、24h抽血测定,观察TNF、LPO的变化。结果:TNF、LPO的变化:山莨菪碱组、地塞米松组和山莨宕碱及地塞米松联合用药组血浆的TNF、LPO水平均有明显的降低,P值<0.01,联合用药组最突出。联合用药组与单用山莨菪碱或地塞米松组亦有显著的差别。结论:山莨菪碱和地塞米松能明显抑制兔在MODS时TNF、LPO的水平,特别是联合应用大剂量山莨菪碱及地塞米松尤为明显。提示大剂量山莨菪碱及地塞米松联合应用可能是MODS时抗细胞因子、抗氧自由基治疗的一种新途径。
Objective: In order to evaluate the effect of anisodaminum and dexamethasone to the TNFand LPO in MODS of rabbits. Methods: MODS model using cecem ligation and perforaion in rabbits were divided into four groups: anisodaminum group, dexamethasone group, combined anisodinum and dexamethasone group and control group. After using the corresponding drugs change of TNF and LPO were observed, Results: Both serum level of TNF and LPO were found to be decreased. Conclusion: A combined use of anisodaminum and dexamethasone may be considered a new method in trealing MODS.
