摘要
近20年来中药及植物药的质量控制有了飞跃的进步,产品质量评价由单一指标成分的分析逐步向多组分化学成分分析,有效地阻止了市场上掺假的商业行为,以确保产品质量稳定。近几年对复方植物药的研究分析有了突破性的进展,通过对单味药材及其复方中的多组方化学成分群在同一平面上的含量分布变化的分析比较,为药理及临床研究提供了十分有意义的信息,为进一步挖掘中医药资源宝库提供了强有力的手段。
In the last 20 years,the process of quality control for traditional Chinese medicine and botanical medicine has revolutionized.Product quality control started with using single marker compound and now gradually improved to multiple chemical constituent analysis,which has successfully prevented adulteration on the market to ensure product quality.Recently,analysis of botanical medicine has shown break through improvement,from single herb ingredient to their formulated products with multiple compounds,a single run can analyze and compare their concentration changes,this has successfully been providing useful information for both pharmacological and clinical studies,as well,allowing us to take a further step into the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
