比索洛尔治疗轻～中度原发性高血压的临床疗效

Clinical therapeutic effects of bisoprolol on mild to moderate essential hypertension

目的;观察新型强效选择性β_1受体阻断剂比索洛尔(Biso)对原发性高血压的临床疗效.方法:选取34例轻～中度原发性高血压患者给予治疗观察,总疗程为6wk.结果:①Biso有明显的降压疗效;②轻度减慢心率的作用;③对血糖、血脂、肝肾功能无不利影响;④无明显而严重的不良反应.结论:Biso在原发性高血压的治疗中是一种安全、有效的药物.

AIM :To observe the therapeutic effects of bisoprolol(Biso) ,a selective blocker for β1 receptor,on essential hypertension. METHODS: A study of Biso was conducted in 34 patients aged 40-65 a with mild to moderate essential hypertension (diastolic BP 95-115 mmHg) during 6 wk, changes in blood pressure, heart rate as well as laboratory parameters and side effects during treatment were observed. RESULTS: ①Biso led to a significant reduc-tion of diastolic and systolic blood pressure. ②Biso reduced heart rate slightly. ③No signifi-cant changes occurred in serum lipids,glucose,SGPT/SGOT,bilirubin,CR and so on. ④Biso had no obvious side effects. CONCLUSION : Biso is effective and safe in treating essential hy-pertension.
