当归拈痛汤及其拆方对佐剂性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织VEGF表达的影响

Effects of Danggui Niantong Decoction and Its Separating Prescription on VEGF of Synovium in Rats with Adjuvant-Induced Arthritis

目的:以免疫组织化学法检测当归拈痛汤对佐剂性关节炎(adjuvantarthritis,AA)大鼠滑膜组织血管内皮生长因子的影响,探讨当归拈痛汤部分作用机制。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂造成佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型,观察当归拈痛汤及其拆方对佐剂性关节炎大鼠炎症关节滑膜组织中VEGF的蛋白表达。结果:当归拈痛汤全方组、拆方2组、拆方1组均能降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织中VEGF的表达,以全方组疗效最佳。两拆方组疗效相当,具有协同作用。结论:VEGF参与了RA病理的形成和发展,而当归拈痛汤可能通过抑制VEGF表达而阻断滑膜血管新生、血管翳形成。

Purpose：Analyze the impact of Danggui Niantong decoction and its disassembled prescriptions on rats with adjuvant arthritis（AA） synovial expression of VEGF with immunohistochemistrical way,and investigate the partial Mechanism of Danggui Niantong decoction.Method：Using the rat model of AA caused by Freund＇s complete adjuvant,observe the impact of Danggui Niantong decoction and its disassembled prescriptions on rats with adjuvant arthritis synovial expression of VEGF.Result：Danggui Niantong decoction complete-group,disassembled-two group and disassembled-one group can reduse the expression of VEGF,the complete-group has the greatest effort,the disassembled-two group is almost equally effective and the disassembled-one group can be a good coorperation.Conclusion：VEGF takes part in the formation and development of Rheumatoidarthritis,and Danggui Niantong decoction can possibly block the synovial angiogenesis and pannus formation by inhibit the expression of VEGF.
