依达拉奉和疏血通对急性脑梗死患者不同时期神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察依达拉奉和疏血通对急性脑梗死患者不同时期血液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响及对脑的保护作用;方法:利用酶联免疫吸附法检测35例脑梗死患者依达拉奉和疏血通治疗过程中血清中的NSE浓度,记录NIHSS评分,并与常规治疗组进行比较;结果:依达拉奉和疏血通治疗组第3、7天血液中NSE浓度明显下降,NIHSS评分也明显少于常规治疗组(P<缺损。 Objective:To observe the effect of Edaravone and Suxuetong to different stages of neuron specific enolase in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to explore the protection of Edaravone and Suxuetong to neurons.Methods:35 cases of cerebral infarction were involved,the concentration of NSE in the serum were detected by ELISA,the NIHSS score were recorded,all of which were compared to the conventional therapy group;Results:Significant decline of the concentration of NSE were found in 3 and 7 days after Edaravone and Suxuetong given,which was lower than the conventional treatment group,as so as the NIHSS score(P 0.05);Conclusion:Edaravone and Suxuetong could effectively protect neurons,moreover,could improve the neurological deficit of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
