摘要
保险监管制度完善对我国保险市场稳定发展具有重要意义,通过分析发达国家保险市场的保险监管制度及其特点,介绍了我国保险监管制度的发展过程和保险监管现状。结合国际保险监管经验,提出完善我国保险监管制度的对策。
Improving insurance regulation system is very important for China insurance market.This article analyzed some insurance regulation systems with developed insurance market and their characters.The developing process of China insurance regulation system and recent insurance regulation were presented.Based on the international insurance regulation experience,this article introduced some suggections for improving China insurance regulation system.
