经济发展过程中,投资主体以培育竞争优势四要素为手段,不断将储蓄转化成投资,资本品形成的过程就是竞争优势形成进程表现出的经济发展。这一过程需要恰当的金融组织体系作转化支持。通过模型分析,确定了影响转化的因素,进而提出了与黑龙江省产业结构调整相匹配的市场金融组织体系框架。

Through the economic development,accompanied by fostering four elements to competitive advantage,investors change savings into investment constantly,the process of formation of capital goods is the process of development to economic competitive advantage shown by itself.This process requires a financial organization system to do appropriate conversion support.We determine the factors affecting the conversion by a model,and then put forward the industrial structure adjustment to match the framework of a market financial organization system.
