产业结构升级和转变经济增长方式是经济发展的两个标志性变量。而产业结构升级对经济增长方式转变又具有一定的影响。一方面产业结构升级可以通过引发技术进步和带动生产要素转移使经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变;另一方面产业结构升级可以通过自发演化和政府推动的途径实现经济增长方式转变。对于我国来说,产业结构升级和转变经济增长方式都是当前需要迫切实现的目标,而在这二者中间,加快产业结构升级同时带动经济增长方式转变又是需要我们着力探索的。立足于生产要素转移和技术进步相结合以及转移生产要素和发挥市场作用相结合,是我国正确处理这二者关系的重要出发点。

Upgrading of industrial structure and transformation of economic growth mode are the two symbolic variables of economic development.And the upgrading of industrial structure also has a certain impact of the transformation of economic growth mode.On the one hand,the upgrading can make economic growth mode from extensive to intensive through ont only leadin technological progress and transfering the production factors;but the spontaneous evolution of it.For China,industrial upgrading and transformation of economic growth mode are imperative goals currently.In both of the them,to accelerate industrial upgrading and to promote transformation of economic growth mode is focus on our exploration at the same time.Based on the transformation of production factors and technological progress,as well as the transformation of production factors and the market,it will be an important starting point that play a properly role for handling the relations.
