摘要 目的研究利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光治疗牙本质龋意外穿髓,通过组织学方法判断保髓治疗效果。方法选取11只无菌大白鼠接种变形链球菌ATCC25175,同时施以Yeyes2000号致龋饮食至发展到牙本质龋状态。将选取的22颗牙齿随机分为两组,均人为造成穿髓,一组按传统的直接盖髓术进行治疗作为对照组,另一组利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质后施以直接盖髓术作为实验组。最后用组织学方法观察修复性牙本质的形成及牙髓状况来判断疗效。结果利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质,患牙术后30d所形成的修复性牙本质更明显,牙髓无炎症表现。结论利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质结合直接盖髓术治疗牙本质龋意外穿髓的效果明显优于传统的直接盖髓术。 Objective To observe the curative effect of repair dentinal formation and situation of pulp on treating unexpected detnin caries exposure in deep pulp with Er,Cr:YSGG laser.Methods Eleven big white mice were selected.They were infected deformation streptococcus ATCC25175.We fed them on food called Yeyes2000 that can result in dentin carises.22 tooth were divided into two groups randomly.The observed group was treated with laser and the control group was treated with routine method.The result were observed by histological dentine formation and pulpsituation.Results The observed group had good dentine formation without pulp infiammation in 30 days after operation.Conclusion The method of laser treatment might be benefit for the patient who has pulp mechanical exposure.
