大蒜GO889对HIV等病毒作用的实验研究

目的研究大蒜提取物ＧＯ８８９对人类免疫缺陷病毒１型（ＨＩＶ—１）及其他与呼吸道感染有关病毒的作用。方法采用ＭＴＴ法及ＣＰＥ法测定药物对病毒所致细胞病变的抑制作用。结果ＧＯ８８９对ＨＩＶ－１、ＨＳＶ－１、ＨＳＶ－２、ＡＤＡ３、ＡＤＡ７、ＣＯＸＢ５、ＣＯＸＢ６等病毒，有一定的抑制作用。结论说明大蒜提取物ＧＯ８８９有较广的抗病毒谱。

Objective:GO889 is an Extract of Bulbus Allii ,in this paper,examined for its effects on human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) and other viruses of infection respiratory.Methods:Determine the Inhibition of GO889 on cytopathic effect induced by viruses using MTT assay or CPE method in votro. Results:GO889,an extract of Bulbus Alii can inhibited cytopathic effect induced by HIV-1,HSV 1,HSV 2,ADA 3,ADA 7,CoxB 5,CoxB 6.Conclusions:Our studies indicates that GO889 is a broad spectrum antiviral agent and recommended it to clinical treatment AIDS and respiratory infection.
