整合素β蛋白表达与慢性心房颤动的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨整合素β蛋白表达改变在慢性心房颤动中的变化,从而阐明整合素β与慢性心房颤动心房结构重构的关系。方法选择30例经心外科手术患者的右心耳肌组织,按有无心房颤动病史分为心房颤动组(房颤组)15例和无心房颤动组(无房颤组)15例。Masson染色测定两组心房组织胶原容积分数(CVF)、Western blot测定整合素β1与β3蛋白的表达。结果与无房颤组比较,房颤组患者左心房直径增大(P<0.05);房颤组CVF较无房颤组明显升高(P<0.01)、与无房颤组比较,房颤组整合素β1蛋白表达上调(P<0.01),整合素β1蛋白与左心房直径(r=0.879;P<0.01)、心房颤动持续时间(r=0.830;P<0.01)及纤维化程度指标CVF(r=0.770;P<0.05)呈正相关。结论慢性心房颤动时,整合素β1蛋白表达上调;整合素β1可能参与慢性心房颤动时心房的结构重构。 Objective To investigate the change of integrin β protein expression in chronic atrial fibrillation(AF)and explain the relation between integrinβ and atrila structural remodeling of chronic AF.Methods Atrial tissue samples of 30 patients underswent open-heart surgery were examined.Fifteen patients had persistent AF(≥6 months)and the remaining 15 patients had no history of AF.Atrial collagen volume fraction(CVF) were analyzed by Masson.Integrinβ1and β3 expression were analyzed quantitatively at the protein levels.Results Patients with AF had dilated atrial compared with patients with sinus rhythm(P〈0.05).CVF increased significantly during AF compared with patients with sinus rhythm(P〈0.01).Amounts of integrinβ1 protein increased significantly during AF compared with patients with sinus rhythm(P〈0.01).Integrinβ1 protein correlated with the left atrial diameter(r=0.879;P〈0.01)and the durition of fibrillation(r=0.830;P〈0.01)and collagen volume fraction(r=0.770;P〈0.05).Conclusion AF is associated with an increase in the expression of integrinβ1 protein.Integrinβ1 may participate in the atrila structural remodeling of AF.
