产前超声对胎儿前脑无裂畸形的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound to fetal holoprosencephaly

目的评价产前规范化超声在筛查胎儿前脑无裂畸形中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析19500例经产前胎儿系统超声检查的胎儿,其中前脑无裂畸形7例,对其超声表现并与引产后的结果进行对照分析。结果本研究7例前脑无裂畸形中无叶全前脑6例,半叶全前脑1例。7例引产后均经尸检及CT证实,胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿无叶及半叶前脑无裂畸形诊断符合率为100%。结论产前胎儿系统超声检查,对胎儿无叶及半叶前脑无裂畸形有较高的诊断价值,并能显示伴随的其它畸形,对临床诊断有重要意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound to fetal holoprosencephaly.Methods Data of 19 500 cases who underwent ultrasonography examination were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,7 cases were diagnosed as holoprosencephaly.The fetal ultrasonic manifestation were compared to the corpses and CT results.Results Among the 7 cases of non-holoprosencephaly 6 was entire holoprosencephaly and 1 was semi-non-forebrain-cleaved deformity.All of the cases were confirmed by corpses and CT examination,and accorded with the examination by fetal ultrasound system,the diagnosis accuracy of tally was 100%.Conclution Systematic ultrasonic examination before accouchement sonography has higher diagnostic value to entire holoprosencephaly and semi-non-forebrain-cleaved deformity,and can discover other following deformity.It has an important significance in clinical diagnosis.
