摘要
10年来，作者应用MEBT／MEBO治疗烧伤数千例取得了显著疗效，特别是在烧伤创面处理上，作者根据临床实践，总结提出了六点治疗方法与要求：（1）创面应用MEBT／MEBO的一般技术与要求，（2）创面渗出期的治疗要求，（3）创面回吸水期（液化前期）的治疗要求，（4）创面液化期（创面反应期）的治疗要求，（5）创面修复期后期（液化结束期）的治疗要求，（6）创面康复期的治疗要求。
In the past decade, thousands of burn patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO inour center. The results were very satisfactory. The following are the main points to be carefully considered: 1. General technique and requirement of the application of MEBT/MEBO. 2 Therapeutic requirement of burn wound treatment at exudation stage. 3. Therapeutic requirement at pre-liquefaction stage. 4. Therapeutic requirement at liquefaction stage. 5. Therapeutic requirement at woundhealing stage and 6. Therapeutic requirement at restoration stage.
