Nutrition Support Therapy for Severely Burned Patients (Clinical Analysis of 47 Cases)

1995年7月以来治愈严重烧伤病人47例，所有病人均在休克期开始经胃肠进食，伤后第三天经周围静脉输入高营养支持，临床治疗效果好，达到了减少胃肠道应激反应及肠源性感染的发生，为病人提供充足的热能及营养物质的目的，治疗方法简便易行，并发症少。

47 severely burned patients were treated in our hospital. All the patients started totake food through gastrointestinal route at the shock stage and high nutrition support therapy was ap-plied through peripheral vein 3 days post burn. The therapeutic effect was very satisfactory. The inci-dence of gastrointestinal stress reaction and enterognous infection was reduced. This therapy providedthe patients with sufficient nutrition and thermal energy. It is easy - to - use and very helpful for preventing complications.
