燃爆烧伤并吸入性损伤的急救护理措施

Nursing Work for Patients Burned by Explosion and Complicated by Inhalation Injury

本文总结了54例燃爆物烧伤并吸入性损伤的早期护理经验。全组平均烧伤面积42．5±31．3％，Ⅲ度面积7．4±8．2％，均伴有头、面或站部烧伤，并有轻度吸入性损伤，采用鼻导管吸氧治疗可获得满意疗效，但在治疗过程中应严密观察病人是否有声音嘶哑、进行性呼吸困难等症状。如果发现病人出现声嘶、呼吸困难，采用鼻导管吸氧治疗常常无效，应及时报告经治医师作相应处理。与此同时，护理人员还应做好气管插管、气管切开及机械通气治疗的准备工作。全组总治愈率为70．37％。

This paper summed - up the experience in nursing 54 patients burned by explosionand complicated by inhalation injury. The aveop burn area was 42. 5 ± 31. 3 % TBSA, with third de-gree burn area of 7. 4± 8. 2% TBSA. All the patients were complicated by inhalation injury and hadhead, face or neck burns. Oxygen inhalation through nasal tube proved to be efficacious in treating suchcases. The curative rate was 70. 37 %. The patients should be inspected carefully in the whole course oftreatment. If hoarseness and progressive dyspena happened, oxygen inhalation through nasal tubewould become ineffective. This condition should be timely reported to the doctor in charee of the caseand relevant measures should be adopted. In the mean time, preparatory work for operations such astracheal cannula, tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation shoud be done in case of ursent need.
