儿童难治性白血病异基因造血干细胞移植的研究进展

摘要
儿童白血病单纯化疗疗效理想，急性淋巴细胞性白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia，ALL）的5年无病生存率（disease-free survival，DFS）可达80％，急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia，AML）也可达40％-60％。
