腮腺腺样囊性癌中HIF-1α和MMP-7的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix met-alloproteinases-7,MMP-7)在腮腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)中的表达情况,探讨它们与ACC生物学行为的关系及二者间相关性。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法对21例ACC及15例腮腺多形性腺瘤(plemor-phic adenoma,PA)、15例正常腮腺组织(normal salivary gland,SG)检测HIF-1α和MMP-7。结果:HIF-1α和MMP-7在ACC的阳性表达率分别为80.95%和76.19%,与肿瘤淋巴结转移和神经浸润有关(P<0.05),二者呈正相关(rs=0.458,P<0.01)。结论:HIF-1α和MMP-7在ACC中高表达,与ACC生物学行为密切相关。 Objective: To study the correlation between expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 and biological behavior of parotid adenoid cystic carcinoma.Methods: The expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 in 21 cases of ACC,15 cases of plemorphic adenoma(PA) and 15 cases of normal parotid tissue were detected by the immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results: The positive rates of HIF-1α and MMP-7 in adenoid cystic carcinoma were 80.95% and 76.19%.The expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 was closely correlated with nerve invasion or lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).A relative correlation was found between expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-7(rs=0.458,P〈0.01).Conclusion: The expression of HIF-1α and MMP-7 might be related to biologic behavior of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
