牙列重度磨损并伴有牙缺失修复治疗的研究

Study of Occlusal Reconstruction for Dentition Defect with Severe Occlusal Wear

目的:回顾性研究了牙列重度磨损并伴有牙缺失修复治疗的方法,探讨颌重建的临床疗效。方法:选择2004年3月至2007年7月于我院进行颌重建修复治疗的牙列缺损并伴重度面磨损患者48例,根据不同的缺损类型,制取修复后义齿模型,随访6个月至5年,观察修复治疗效果。结果:修复重建后患者的面部外形、发音、咀嚼肌群功能均明显改善;面下1/3垂直高度和咬合高度均得到适当的恢复。结论:颌重建修复对于牙列重度磨损并伴有牙缺失患者收到了良好的疗效。

Objevtive： To explore the clinical effect of occlusal reconstruction.Through a study of patients with dentition defect and severe oclclusal wear.Methods： A total of 48 patients with dentition defect and severe occlusal wear were treated by occlusal reconstruction.According to different types of dentition defect,we made study models before and after occlusal reconstruction,followed up the patients for 6 months to 5 years and investigated the effects.Results： After occlusal reconstruction,patients＇ facial appearance,masticatory function and pronunciation were significantly improved;the lower facial 1/3 vertical height and occlusal height were all properly recovered.Conclusion： Occlusal reconstruction is an effective and reliable way for dentition defect with severe occlusal wear.
