摘要
目的:探讨一氧化氮在糖尿病神经病变发病机制中的作用。方法:采用硫辛氨脱氢酶(NADPH)酶组织化学染色法测定糖尿病大鼠脑组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达的变化。结果:糖尿病成模后3个月,大脑皮层区NOS阳性神经元明显减少,但在海马区却发现NOS阳性细胞。结论:NOS的改变。
Objective:To explore the effects of nitric oxide on the mechanism of diabetic neuropathy. Methods:The changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) expression in the brain of diabetic rats were measured by the histochemiscal technique with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH d). Results:After inducing the model of diabetes for three months, the positive neurons of NOS in the brain contex were obviously decreased in the diabetes group than the normal control group. While the positive neuron of NOS were found in the hippocampal area of diabetes group. Conclusion:The changes of NOS expression may be a factor in the impact of diabetes on the central nervous system.
