本文分析了渗碳初期(t<t_(sat))一些因素对表面碳浓度的影响,导出表面碳浓度模型:实践验证表明,本模型在一定条件下能够反映出渗碳的实际条件。

This paper analysised influence of some factors on the surface carbon content in carburizing (t<t_(sat)) and the surface carbon content model was suggested, as following:C_t=C_o+K/3(t/D)^(1/2)(C_p-C_o)Reserch work shows, that the model can represent real carburiaing of the working pieces.
