牙龈卟啉菌内毒素诱导人牙周纤维细胞释放细胞因子的实验研究

Cytokine production of human periodontal ligament cells stimulated by porphyromonas gingivalis lipopolysaccharide

目的：研究牙龈卟啉菌内毒素诱导人牙周纤维细胞释放白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）的影响。方法：放射免疫检测法。结果：表明人牙周纤维细胞在牙龈卟啉菌内毒素作用下释放ＩＬ－６，而不能释放ＴＮＦ。

Objective: To reseach the function of human preiodontal ligament cell productions interleukin 6 (IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in response to porphyromonas gingivalis lipopolysaccharide (P.G LPS). Methods: IL 6 and TNF was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results:IL 6 was released from human preiodontal ligament cells stimulated by P. g LPS, but TNF was not produced. Conclusion:The amount of IL 6 is related with the concentration of P.g LPS in cell culture medium and the time of action.
