尖锐湿疣患者外周血单一核细胞共刺激分子CD28,CD40的检测 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨免疫共刺激分子CD28/CD152-CD80/CD86,CD40-CD40L在尖锐湿疣患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)中的表达情况。方法采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测60例CA患者(初发组30例、复发组30例)和30例健康对照者外周血CD28,CD152,CD40L在CD4+,CD8+T细胞上CD80,CD86,CD40在CD19+B细胞上的表达水平。结果CA患者CD28,CD40L在CD4+,CD8+T细胞的表达,与对照组(42.36%,13.85%,5.08%,2.58%)相比,复发组(37.10,11.66%,2.57%,1.25%)较初发组(39.69%,12.76%,3.93%,1.96%)明显降低(P<0.01);CD80,CD86,CD40在CD19+B细胞上的表达与对照组(1.59%,3.83%,14.25%)相比,复发组(0.65%,3.05%,10.24%)较初发组(1.04%,3.45%,12.21%)显著降低(P<0.01),而CD152在CD4+,CD8+T细胞上的表达与对照组(1.71%,9.62%)相比,复发组(39.2%,12.15%)较初发组(2.64%,10.90%)显著增高(P<0.01)。结论尖锐湿疣患者外周血淋巴细胞CD28/CD152-CD80/CD86,CD40-CD40L共刺激分子的异常表达可能与其免疫功能紊乱及复发机制有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the expression of immune co-stimulatory molecules CD28/CD152-CDSO/CD86, CD40-CD40L in peripheral blood mononuelear cells ( PBMC ) of patients with eondyloma acuminatum. Methods Flow eytometry (FCM) technique was applied to analyze the expression level of CD28, CD152, CD40L on CD4^ + , CD8 ^+T cells and CD80, CD86, CD40 on CD19 ^+B cells. Results The CD28, CD40L expressed on CD4 ^+ , CD8 ^+ T cells and the CD80, CD86, CD40 expressed on CD19 ^+B cells in CA patients (37.1%, 11.66% ,2.57%, 1.25%, and 39.69%, 12.76% ,3.93%, 1.96% ;0.65% ,3.05%, 10. 24% and 1.04%, 3.45%, 12.21%, 39.20%, 12.51% and 2, 64%, 10.96% ) were all significant lower than those in healthy controls(42.36%, 13.85%, 5.08%, 2.58%, 1.59%, 3.83%, 14.25% 11. 71%, 9.62% ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and CD152 on CD4 ^+ , CD8 ^+ T cells was significant higher than that in the normal control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte level and expression of co-stimulatory molecules may be related to immunologic dysfunction and relapse in patients with condyloma acuminatum.
