患者男,62岁。有类天疱疮病史11月余,长期口服"甲基强的松龙"治疗。左上肢、下肢多发暗红色结节、溃疡反复7月余。皮肤溃疡坏死物真菌镜检及培养证实为互隔交链孢霉,经伊曲康唑治疗12周,皮损痊愈。

Find alternariosis in sphacelus of dermal ulcer by microscopic examination and culture, the rash was recovered by taking itraconazole orally in 12 weeks.
