以皮疹为首发表现的原发性系统性淀粉样变病1例

A Case of Primary Systemic Amyloidosis with eruption as the First Manifestation

患者男,58岁。全身散在扁平紫红色丘疹3年。患者以皮疹为首发症状,检查进一步发现心血管系统、肾脏、肝脏、舌和神经系统受累。皮损组织病理检查示表皮萎缩,真皮与皮下组织有淀粉样物质沉积,甲基紫染色阳性,诊断为原发性系统性淀粉样变病。

A 58-year-old man suffered with a developed eruption all over the body for 3 years. The patient was confirmed to have amyloidosis. Skin involvement was the most prominent and first manifestation, and the patient had widespread visceral involvements, which included cardiovascular system, kidney, hepar as well as tongue and nervous system. Skin biopsies showed atrophy of the epidermis, amyloid substance deposited at the dermis. Methyl violet staining test was positive. The diagnosis of primary systemic amyloidosis was made.
