翻白草糖尿病防治物质基础研究近况与展望

Research and Prospects of the Therapeutic Material Basis of Potentilla Discolor in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

翻白草对糖尿病尤其是2型糖尿病的治疗具有确切疗效,但对其产生综合治疗作用的具体物质还未确定。本文结合现代药效筛选技术,提出以"方药指纹-药代标示物-药效靶标"三维模式的思路研究翻白草糖尿病防治物质基础,为中药的物质基础研究、中药新药研发以及中药毒性研究提供一定的参考。

Potentilla discolor has shown therapeutic effect on diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes, but its specific substances for prevention and treatment of diabetes remain unknown. With the development of pharmacokinetics screening techniques, a three-dimensional mode, named ＂herbs fingerprint-pharmacokinetic markers-pharmacodynamic target＂, was used to determine the active ingredients in Potentilla discolor for diabetes prevention and treatment. This research methodology may also be used for the pharmacodynamie basis study, drug discovery and the safety evaluation of other traditional Chinese medicines.
