不同精制工艺对金银花水提液中绿原酸含量的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Different Refining Techniques on the Chlorogenic Acid Content in Flos Lonicerae Decoction

摘要 目的:考察不同工艺精制金银花水提液的效果,优选出金银花的最佳精制工艺。方法:采用醇沉、离心-超滤、微滤-超滤、大孔吸附树脂等4种工艺对金银花水提液进行精制,并采用HPLC法测定金银花水提液中绿原酸的含量,对4种工艺进行了定量对比研究。并对4种工艺操作过程进行了比较。结果:金银花水提液经醇沉、离心-超滤、微滤-超滤、大孔吸附树脂工艺处理后,其绿原酸的转移率分别为59.30%、83.07%、80.13%、23.47%;固形物去除率分别为36.59%、40.12%、39.81%、90.07%。结论:离心-超滤工艺精制后绿原酸的转移率高于其他方法,固形物去除率适中,具有简化工艺,缩短操作周期的优点,可作为金银花水提液的最佳精制工艺。 This work aimed to study the effects of different refining techniques on the chlorogenic acid content in Flos Lonicerae decoction, and select the best technique to refine Flos Lonicerae. Flos Lonicerae decoction was separately refined by alcohol-sedimentation, clarification-uhrafihration, microfitration-uhrafiltration and macraporous resin. HPLC was applied to analyze the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae decoction. The four refining techniques were quantitatively compared by determining the content of ehlorogenic acid, and the four refining processes were compared. In Flos Lonicerae decoction, by alcohol-sedimentation, clarifieation-ultrafihration, microfitration-uhrafihration and macraporous resin, the metastasis ratio of chlorogenic acid was respectively 59.30%, 83.07%, 80.13%, and 23.47%, and the whole solid was decreased respectively by 36.59%, 40.12%, 39.81%, and 90.07%. The metastasis ratio of ehlorogenic acid by clarification-ulfrafihration was the highest among the four techniques, and the removal rate of the whole solid was moderate. Clarication-uhrafihration has the advantages of simplifying the process and shortening the production cycle, and thus seems to be the best way to refine Flos Lonieerae decoction.
