摘要 目的:探讨不同性别及去花对薯蓣皂苷和原薯蓣皂苷含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法和比色法,测定不同时期穿龙薯蓣根茎中薯蓣皂苷、原薯蓣皂苷和总皂苷的含量。结果:雌性植株薯蓣皂苷、原薯蓣皂苷和总皂苷的含量显著高于雄性,雌性去花后含量明显降低,与雄性植株接近。结论:三者具有相似的季节积累规律,各发育时期含量变化不大。 This study aimed to investigate the Dioscorea nipponica caused by genders and flower quality difference in removal in different todioscin contents were determined using HPLC, and the total saponin the dioscin and protodioscin contents in developmental stages. The dioscin and procontent using colorimetry. The contents of dioscin, protodioscin and total saponin were higher in female plants than in male plants in all periods. When flowers were removed, the contents of female plants decreased and got close to those of males. The change regularity was found similar for all three components in different seasons, with only slight change. Appropriate measures may increase the percentage of female plants in practice.
