桂枝茯苓胶囊(精制)多成分指纹图谱的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立桂枝茯苓胶囊(精制)的指纹图谱。方法:以Alltima C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,以含0.1%磷酸及5%乙腈的水溶液为流动相A,以含0.1%磷酸及50%乙腈的水溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱,洗脱流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果:在该指纹图谱测定条件下,所测得的桂枝茯苓胶囊指纹图谱能较全面地反映处方中主要药味的主要有效成分。结论:方法学考察结果表明,桂枝茯苓胶囊(精制)指纹图谱精密度、重复性、稳定性均较好,能够较全面控制该制剂的质量。 This study aimed to establish the capsule refined Guizhi-Fuling fingerprint. The Alltima C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column was used as the analytical column, the aqueous solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid and 5% acetonitrile as mobile phase A, and the aqueous solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid and 50% aeetonitrile as mobile phase B. Gradient elution was performed at the elution flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The results showed that fingerprints of capsule Guizhi-Fuling measured in the determination conditions reflected the main active ingredients of the main medicine. In terms of methodology, the fingerprinting of capsule refined GuizhiFuling has good precision, repeatability and stability, thus it may be used in the quality control of this medicine.
