摘要
本文研究了室温形变量对45钢氮化白亮层厚度、表面氮浓度及对氮化后强度、韧性的影响,试验结果表明,室温形变引进的各种晶体缺陷加速氮化的进行,形变氮化能提高45钢的强韧性。
The effect of the deformation degree ε on the deepth of nitriding layer, the nitrgen concentration of surface specimens, and the strength, toughness are studied. Expriments show that crystal defects accelerate nitriding, and deformationnitriding can increase the strength and toughness of 45 steel.
