摘要
目的了解发展性照顾在早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法通过保持合适的环境温度、合理喂养、"鸟巢"护理、非营养性吸吮等措施帮助早产儿以有限的能力适应宫外的环境。结果 60例早产儿经发展性照顾护理后平均体重增长(20.3±5.3)g/d,住院时间(11.0±3.5)d。结论发展性照顾可以促进早产儿的生长发育,有利于早产儿的健康成长。
Objective To investigate the effect of developmental care in preterm infants and explore the experience in nursing preterm infants with developmental care. Method The nursing strategies including suitable temperature, reasonable feeding, Bird＇s Nest care, and non-nutritive sucking were adopted to help preterm infants to extrauterine environment. Result By developmental care, 60 premature infants gained an average weight of （20.3 ± 5.3）g/d and their length of stay was （11.0 ±3.5）d. Conclusions The developmental care can promote the development of premature infants. It is conducive to their growth.
