摘要
目的探讨加强孕期早期心理知识的健康教育对产妇产后抑郁症发生的影响。方法将254例孕产妇随机分为实验组128例和对照组126例,两组孕产妇均在产前、产时和产后接受常规的护理和健康教育,实验组孕产妇在此基础上在产前加强心理知识的健康教育。结果实验组产妇在产后14d有4例(3.2%)、28d有3例(2.3%)发生抑郁症,对照组产妇在产后14d有20例(15.9%)、28d有18例(14.3%)发生抑郁症,两组比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论加强孕期早期心理知识的健康教育,使产妇能积极乐观地适应新角色,提高处理新角色与周围关系的应变能力,有效地预防和降低了产后抑郁症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of health education of early peri-pregnancy psychological knowledge on occurrence of postnatal depression. Methods 254 puerperae were divided into experimental group (n=128) and control group (n=126). Two groups of pregnant women received routine care and health education at peri-delivery and the experimental group received health education of psychological knowledge during delivery. Results 4 cases developed with depression on day 14 after deliver), (3.2%) and 3 on day 28 (2.3%) in experimental group, while 20 cases developed with depression on day 14 (15.6%)and 18 cases on day 28 ( 14.3%)in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusions Early education of earl), pregnant psychological knowledge can optimistically acclimatize the puerperae to the new role and enhance their ability to adopt themselves to the peripheral relationship. Therefore, it can effectively prevent the postnatal depression and improve their quality of life.
