护患关系对剖宫产初产妇焦虑情绪的影响及对策

Effect of nurse-patient relationship on the anxiety in primipara undergoing cesarean section

目的探讨护患关系对剖宫产初产妇焦虑情绪的影响,以便提出针对性的护理对策。方法采用便利取样法选择在本院妇产科实施剖宫产的初产妇54例,于剖宫产前60min内采用Zung焦虑自评量表(self-anxiety scoring,SAS)和自行设计的焦虑影响因素调查表进行调查,了解产妇焦虑情况以及护患关系对产妇焦虑情绪的影响。结果剖宫产初产妇焦虑水平与常模比较,t=5.46,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,产妇焦虑水平高于常模;心理护理、分娩信息教育及护士沟通技巧是影响产妇焦虑的危险因素。结论剖宫产初产妇焦虑水平较高,护患关系可影响产妇的焦虑程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of nurse-patient relationship on the anxiety of primipara undergoing cesarean section and propose nursing strategies. Method 54 primipara were selected by simple sampling. The anxiety state and the nurse-patient relationship of primipara patients were investigated using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and the self-designed questionnaire 60min before surgery. Restflts The level of anxiety in the primipara was higher than that of the norm （t = 5.46, P 〈 0.01）. The risk factors included mental care, communication skills and health education on delivery. Conclusions The anxiety state of the primipara is at a higher level. Nurse-patient communication can affect the anxiety level of primipara.
