振动排痰机对肺部感染患者排痰的效果观察及护理

目的探讨振动排痰机在肺部感染患者排痰中的作用及总结护理要点。方法 2008年8月-2009年10月对17例肺部感染痰液堵塞的患者应用振动排痰机排痰治疗,并给予配合护理。结果患者排痰治疗有效率为100.0%。结论振动排痰机通过物理的方式有效解决患者痰液积聚,避免人工手法由于力度不均匀时对患者产生的不舒服感,从而提高了患者治疗依从性及治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of vibration expectorater on expectoration of patients with pulmonary infection and sum up the nursing highlights. Method From August 2008 to October 2009, 17 patients with pulmonary infection underwent expectoration by vibration expectorater. Result The treatment efficiency reached 100.0%. Conclusions The vibration expectorater is effective in aiding patients to expectorate sputum. It can improve the treatment compliance of patients and therapeutic effect.
