摘要
本文研究了铸态及热处理状态下金属型低铬白口铸铁的组织与性能。试验结果表明:随着金属型壁厚的增加,铸铁组织中的碳化物形貌由网状向弧立板块状转化,并在局部出现了团球状组织;冲击韧性随金属型壁厚的增大而增加,但其硬度几乎不变。铸态试样施以适当的热处理可改善其组织和韧性,提高硬度水平。另外,就金属型铸造对碳化物形貌的影响机理给予了讨论。
The structure and property of low chromium white east iron obtained by metallic mould was investigted for the state of foundry and heat treatment respectively. Experimental results showed that the morphology of eutectic carbide in the cast iron was changed from network to plate state with increasing of thickness of metallic mould; Although the hardness of the cast iron is independent to the thickness of metallic mould, the impact energy increase with it; both the impact energy and hardness of the cast iron could be improved by heat treatment technique used in this paper. The effet mechanism of thickness of metellic mould on morphology of eutectie caride was also discussed theoretically.
