X线片对枕下痛的诊断价值

The Diagnosic Value of Roentgenograph Observations on Suboccipital pain

目的：研究枕下痛患者的Ｘ线征像，探讨Ｘ线片的诊断价值。方法：对８７例枕下痛患者的正侧位及动力性摄片上的椎体旋转、颈椎曲度、韧带钙化、钩锥关节、椎间隙和齿突侧块间隙等情况进行观察研究。结果：棘突偏歪、曲度变直、钩锥关节增生等变化较为常见，动力性摄片易发现上颈段的隐匿性改变。结论：以棘突偏歪和双边征等Ｘ线片像做为诊断下痛的依据之一不妥。

Aim:To study signs of roentgenograph of patients with suboccipital pain and to probe its diagnostic value.Methods:In roentgenogram of cervical vertebrae, the distance of articulatio atlantodentalis and divergence of the spinous processes, rotation of the vertebrae and curve of the cervical spine, calcification of the ligaments, hyperplasia of Luschka joint and narrowing of intervertebral space were observed and measured.Results:The divergence of the spinous processes and loss of lordosis hyperplasia of Luschka joint and so on were very common.Occul tpathological changes of upper cervical were found easily in dynamic roentgenograph.Conclusions:It was a bit out of place that signs of divergence of spinous processes and double contour and so on were regarded as evidences of manipulations. The dynamic roentgenograph was good for clincal diagnosis of cervico occipital pain.
