Coccygectomy in the Treatment of Dislocation and Fracture of Coccyx

目的：作者用尾椎切除法治疗保守治疗效果不好的尾椎骨折及脱位２１例。方法：在诊断上应重视肛门指诊，肛诊可扪及活动的尾椎和局部触痛。结果：本组病例术前均经３个月以上的理疗和局部封闭，疗效不显著。

Aim:Twenty-one cases of dislocation and fracture of coccyx treated with coccygectomy were reported.The chief clinical manifestation is localized pain after injury, rectal examination is the most valuable.If the coccyx is movable with accompanying tenerness,the diagnosis is established.Results:Most of the cases before operation were treated with conservative measures such as hot sits bath and local anesthetic injection.Pains were relieved within six months after operation except 3 cases Followup study in 21 cases from 1～10 years revealed satisfactory results.
