构建医院静脉输液安全管理执行模式理论框架研究

Setting up a theoretical framework for hospital intravenous infusion safety management

目的:探索符合中国国情的医院静脉输液安全管理执行模式,确保医院静脉输液的安全性和有效性。方法:在查阅国内外有关输液管理的文献资料基础上,初步形成安全管理模式的粗略理论框架,采用Delphi法,听取专家对理论框架的意见与建议。结果:通过2轮专家咨询,最终确定其理论框架:由两部分组成,分别为组织结构部分和质量评价指标部分。组织结构部分由三级指标构成,其中一级指标3项、二级指标13项、三级指标155项。质量评价指标部分由二级指标构成,其中一级指标3项、二级指标13项。结论:应用Delphi法构建的医院静脉输液安全管理执行模式理论框架,可信程度高,能为输液护理管理提供理论基础和实践模板。

Objective： To explore a theoretical framework for hospital intravenous infusion safety management under Chinese environment, to ensure the safety and efficiency of intravenous infusion. Methods： A rough framework of hospital intravenous infusion safety management was built after national and international literature review. Then Delphi method was used to obtain experts＇ views and suggestions on this theoretical framework. Results： After two rounds of experts＇ consultation, the theoretical framework was ultimately come out, which consisted of two parts, namely organizational structure part and quality evaluation indicators part. The organizational structure part included three level indicators; there are 3, 13, and 155 items in levell, level 2 and level3, respectively. Quality evaluation indicators＇ part was constituted by two level indicators; there are 3 and 13 items in level 1 and level2, respectively. Conclusion： By the implementation of Delphi method, a theoretical and credible framework for hospital intravenous infusion safety management was built in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
