摘要
目的:探讨护士的优质护理行为与其人格特征和业务知识水平的相关性,为护士的选用、培训提供依据,以提高护理人力资源管理效能。方法:护士来院时调查测量认知能力(WPT)、大五因子性格特征和职业兴趣,并跟踪了解来院后3年中的理论考试成绩、每月当选为服务之星和技术能手的次数。用相关分析、分组比较和多元回归方法分析护士当选服务之星、技术能手的次数与人格特征等因素的关系。结果:护士的理论成绩和英语成绩与其WPT密切相关,P<0.05;护士当选服务之星次数与技术能手次数密切相关,P<0.05;护士优质护理行为与其企业性兴趣呈负相关,P<0.05,与其基础理论成绩(P<0.05)、社会性兴趣(P<0.10)呈正相关。结论:护理管理者在聘用护士时可适当进行职业兴趣测量,同时工作中应加强对护士的业务知识培训和职业兴趣培养,以提高临床护理质量。
Objective: To explore the correlation between nurses'personality character and their excellent nursing behaviors. Methods: Nurses' cognitive ability, the Big Five Inventory and vocational interests were investigated when they came to the hospital. Their basic nursing knowledge scores, times they were selected as Service Stars and Technique Masters in the coming 3 years were all collected. Results: Nurses'basic nursing knowledge scores and their English level were significantly correlated with their cognitive ability (P 〈0.05). The times which they selected as Service Stars were correlated with the times of Technique Masters (P 〈0.05). There was also a negative correlation between excellent nursing behavior and their enterprising interests (P 〈0.05). On the other hand, however, excellent nursing behaviors were significantly positive correlated with their basic nursing knowledge scores and their social interests. Conclusion: To make the clinical nurses more qualified, nurse managers should take appropriate professional interests investigation when they hire new nurses, and strengthen nurses' training on nursing skills and professional interests.
