循证护理理念在儿童传染病预检流程中的应用

The application of evidence-based nursing on epidemic disease of children in previewing process

目的:通过运用循证护理的理念和实践程序,指导传染病预检流程的制定和应用,提高护理质量。方法:按照循症护理实践程序提出护理问题,查找文献,确定证据,筛选评价证据,制定按主诉症状分类的预检流程并应用于传染病的预检临床实践。结果:通过应用预检流程,传染病预检检出率明显提高。结论:用循证护理理念指导制定的按主诉症状预检流程可以避免经验式护理存在的不足,便于护理人员快速准确问诊和体检,判定病情,使传染病预检准确率明显提高,并有利于人员培训和培养。

Objective： To guide the development and application of infectious diseases previewing process and to improve the quality of care by the philosophy and practice procedures of evidence-based nursing. Methods： In accordance with the practice procedures of evidence-based nursing, the following processes were conducted, such as setting up the nursing questions, looking for confirmed evidence from literature, screening the evidence for evaluation and developing the previewing process by chief complain, then applying these in the pre-clinical practice of infectious diseases. Results： The previewing detection rate of infectious diseases improved significantly by the application of previewing process. Conclusion： The application of previewing process by chief complain on evidence-based nursing philosophy could avoid the shortcomings of experienced nursing, facilitate fast and accurate inquisition, also for medical examinations, so as to determine the patients＇ condition. The accuracy rating improved significantly, and it contributed to the training and development of nursing staff.
