摘要
目的了解住院患者在入院时、住院中及出院前对护理服务的需求,为改进护理服务提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷,对386例住院患者就住院三个阶段的护理需求进行调查。结果①入院时72.0%的患者认为护士热情接待十分必要;大部分患者对住院环境及经管医生介绍有较高需求。②住院中患者对护理服务的及时性需求较高;对饮食、休息等预防保健知识有较普遍需求;绝大多数患者有较强的维护知情同意的需求;普遍认为护士良好的态度与熟练的技术同等重要。③拟出院患者中69.2%希望简化出院手续;58.9%患者有电话回访的需要。结论护理人员应依据患者在住院期间不同阶段的需求实施相应的护理服务,而人性化关怀和熟练技术应贯穿护理服务始终。
Object To understand patients' demands of care services in three stages( patients on admission, in hospital and discharge), to provide a support for improving care. Method A self-made questionnaire was made to investigate care needs of 386 inpatients in the three-phases. Results (1) 72.0% of patients on admission think nurses' warm reception is very necessary. Most of patients have a higher demand for the hospital environment and doctors. (2) Inpatients concerned about the timeliness of care services. They have common request of the preventive and healthy knowledge on diet, rest and so on, and most of them have strong demands for informed consent. It is generally agreed that good attitude of nurses is as important as their skill. (3) 69.2% of patients hope to simplify the procedures for discharge, 58. 9% of patients need telephone follow up. Conclusion The nursing staff should implement different care services based on patients' different stages. Moreover, humane care and skilled nursing services should be run through the whole process.
