实习护生自我效能、自尊与主观幸福感的相关性研究

Study on relativity between self-efficacy,self-esteem and subjective well-being feeling of students nurses

[目的]探讨实习护生自我效能、自尊与主观幸福感的关系。[方法]通过方便抽样法,采用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自尊量表(SES)与总体幸福感量表(GWB)对150名在某医院实习的护生进行调查。[结果]实习护生的GSES得分为(2.18±0.21)分,SES得分为(28.47±2.65)分,GWB得分为(63.80±8.86)分,处于恋爱期实习护生的幸福感水平低于非恋爱期实习护生的幸福感水平(t=-2.708,P<0.01),参加过心理咨询的实习护生幸福感水平低于未参加心理咨询的实习护生(t=-4.747,P<0.01),自我效能和自尊与主观幸福感存在正相关,其中自我效能对主观幸福感的预测能力更强(r=0.413,P<0.01)。[结论]实习护生自我效能、自尊与主观幸福感均有待进一步提高,临床护理教师应对实习护生的努力给予充分肯定,鼓励护生树立自信心,使学生维持适当的自尊水平,以提高其主观幸福感水平。

Objective：To probe into the relationship between self-efficacy,self-esteem and subjective well-being feeling of student nurses.Methods：A total of 150 student nurses in clinical practice in a hospital were investigated by adopting convenience sampling method and by filling out general information questionnaire,general self-efficacy rating scale,self-esteem rating scale and general well-being scale.Results：The scores of self-efficacy of student nurses was 2.18±0.21 points.The scores of self-esteem of student nurses was 28.47±2.65 points.The scores of subjective well-being feeling of nursing students was 63.80±8.86 points in clinical practice.The scores of well-being feeling of student nurses in amor period was lower than that of student nurses not in amor period（t=-2.708,P0.01）.The scores of well-being of nursing students participated in psychological consultation was lower than that of ones didn＇t participating in psychological consultation（t=-4.747,P0.01）.Self-efficacy and self-esteem of student nurses were respectively positively correlated to subjective well-being.Among which,the predictive power of self-efficacy of student nurses was more strong on subjective well-being（r=0.413,P0.01）.Conclusion：The self-efficacy,self-esteem and subjective well-being feeling of student nurses in clinical practice should be further enhanced.Clinical nursing teachers should fully affirm the efforts of student nurses.They should encourage them to establish confidence.To let students to maintain the appropriate level of self-esteem,so as to enhance their level of subjective well-being feeling.
