摘要
完善的治理机制是民办高校可持续发展的保证。我国民办高校的治理机制包括两个层面,即政府对民办高校的治理和民办高校内部的治理,本文从这两方面入手,指出其中存在的问题,来尝试构建我国民办高校的治理机制。
Perfect governance mechanisms is the sustainable development guarantee of private universities.The governance mechanisms of private universities in China includes two aspects：external governmental governance and internal self-governance.The article from two aspects,pointed out the problems of those to try to construct the governance mechanisms of private universities in China.
