心理因素作为影响就业的重要主观因素之一,已给高职学生带来了巨大的压力。文章通过分析高职学生的就业心理现状,探讨就业心理指导的对策,旨在帮助学生塑造健康的就业心理,促进学生顺利就业。

Psychological factor,as one of major subjective factors which affect employment,has already brought tremendous pressure to higher vocational college students.The research tries to investigate the countermeasures on higher vocational college students＇ employment guidance after analyzing the present situation of their employment mentality,whose aim is to help students construct healthy employment mentality and obtain employment successfully.
