摘要
新疆经济连续6年保持11%的增长速度,这与国有企业经营管理人才的积极发展密不可分。但即便如此,新疆国有企业经营管理人才的现状也并不乐观。主要问题是:整体能力素质还较低;人才激励机制还较落后;人才配置方式还不尽合理;人才队伍学历水平偏低;队伍的年轻化程度也不高。应从专业学位教育、知名企业挂职锻炼、积极开展对口支援等多方面入手,全面增强国企经管人才队伍建设,以适应新疆大发展的需要。
Xinjiang's economic growth of 11% for 6 consecutive years is closely related to SOE's active measures of cultivating corporate management talents. However, there are still problems. Mainly they are the overall low quality of the personnel, relative back- ward talent incentive mechanism, unreasonable talent deployment, and older-aged personnel. To reinforce the development of SOE's management personnel to meet the requirement for greater development in Xinjiang, efforts must be done in areas of upgrading degree education, training in renowned enterprises, and unit-to-unit assistance.
