摘要
2005年新疆维吾尔自治区启动了少数民族儿童学前双语教育,旨在为少数民族顺利接受中小学双语教育奠定基础。四年来,新疆先后出台了一系列的相关政策措施,推动了少数民族学前教育事业的迅猛发展。文章对2005—2009年间新疆维吾尔自治区关于少数民族幼儿"学前双语教育"的十三大主要政策措施进行了比较全面的综述,试图从宏观层面展现新疆教育史上这一重大事件。
In 2005, Xinjiang initiated bilingual education program for ethnie minority children in order to lay a solid foundation for them to receive middle school bilingual education. Four years aftrewards, a series of policies were implemented that greatly advaneed this kind of education. This paper made a comprehensive survey of the 13 policies implemented to enhance pre-sehool bilingual education for the purpose of exhibiting at marco-level the historic event in Xinjing history of education.
