国际汉语教育学科框架下的对外汉语教学能力培养探究

On the Training of International Chinese Teaching Ability of TCSL Within the Framework of the Development of International Chinese Education

基于国际汉语教育学科发展的框架,文章从对外汉语专业国际化发展的趋势、对外汉语教学向国际汉语教学转型、具备国际汉语教学能力的必要性、如何培养国际汉语教学能力方面进行研究,以寻求解决国外"汉语教师荒"与国内对外汉语专业学生就业难矛盾的有效途径。

Based on the framework of the development of international Chinese language education, this paper analyzes the internationalization trend of TCSL, the transition of TCSL to the international Chinese Language teaching, the necessity of acquiring international Chinese teaching ability and the ways to acquire such an ability, so as to find an effective way to solve the contradiction between the ＂shortage of Chinese teachers＇abroad and the employment of the TCSL graduates.
