总体样本分组对照表明,配置MRI对提高县区综合医院业务量和医疗收入或有贡献。抽取400～499床"入门级"医院作第二层样本对照,发现组间差距明显缩小,且存在设备利用不足。认为总体样本差异可归因配置MRI医院综合实力与规模效应。提示中小综合医院当前在考虑引进MRI以巩固专科建设、拓展服务项目时,应理性评估效益期望。

General sample grouping was used in this study, we find that MRI（Magnetic Resonance Imaging） might offer medical accommodate and income in the county level general hospital. The general hospitals with 400-499 ward beds were drew as the second sample contrast, we find that the differences of the index such as hospital average especially for the bed average between the equipped MRI group and the no one diminished obviously. And, the MRI equipments in these hospitals had not been utilized sufficiently. The difference in general sample groups might be that the comprehended strength of the equipped contributed to. It reminded that the potential MRI consumers of these county level general hospitals should rationally evaluate its efficiency in the future, when they made a schedule to get MRI to consolidate the construction of special departments or to expand the range of their medical service.
