摘要
本文研究了化学成分、孕育方法等对铸态球铁组织、性能的影响;研制出适合于中小件铸态铁素体球铁生产的高效复合孕育剂,使用该孕育剂可将生铁锰量放宽至0.64%,仍能使铸态球铁性能达到QT42-10标准。
This paper studies effect of the chemical content and inocolational ways on the structure and properties of as-cast ductil iron. A high efficiency compound inoculant has been research out, which is suitable for producing small and medium parts of as-cast ferritic ductile iron. Using the inoculant may make the parts reach at the standard of QT42-10, though the cortent of manganese in pig iron is 0.64% higher.
